BrandDancer is a brand strategy consultancy, with specialized expertise in building powerful new healthcare brands. I am Earlene Worrall, and I founded BrandDancer to focus on the work I most love: partnering with some of the best and most committed Marketing teams I've met, to help realize the full in-market potential of their pipeline assets. Optimizing these launches supports meaningful advances in healthcare, and helps ensure that new treatments reach the patients who will benefit from them. I care about this.​
So I'm continuing my work of building healthcare brands and, with BrandDancer, I'm taking it to the next level.
Brand-building has been a passion of mine throughout my career. I bring 15 years of high-impact healthcare consulting experience, first as Executive Vice President heading up the strategy function at Insync (part of Publicis Health), then as Partner at Ipsos Healthcare Advisory.​​​

The foundation for my brand strategy work - and my interest in the underlying drivers of human behaviour - trace back to my early days as a Marketer in consumer goods. I led business units at Kraft for many years, leading my teams to build iconic household brands including Kraft Dinner, Kool-Aid, JELL-O, and Kraft Salad Dressing. During my CPG days, I was recognized for powerful strategy work that drove both top- and bottom-line growth, for award-winning marketing programs, and for breakthrough innovation.

As a founder and solopreneur, I am the core of BrandDancer. I consistently achieve results for my clients, exhibiting my renowned high personal standards and dedication to delivering with excellence. (As an aside, I do know these things to be true about myself. But rest assured that I also hear this from clients, and you can count on benefitting from these traits when we work in partnership.)
